Chapter: A Man That Marries A Woman And Finds Her Pregnant
A man from the Ansar called Basrah said:
I married a virgin woman in her veil. When I entered upon her, I found her pregnant. (I mentioned this to the Prophet). The Prophet (ﷺ) said: She will get the dower, for you made her vagina lawful for you. The child will be your slave. When she has begotten (a child), flog her (according to the version of al-Hasan). The version of Ibn AbusSari has: You people, flog her, or said: inflict hard punishment on him. Abu Dawud said: This tradition has been transmitted by Qatadah from Sa'd b. Yazid on the authority of Ibn al-Musayyab in a similar way. This tradition has been narrated by Yahya b. Abi Kathir from Yazid b. Nu'aim from Sa'id b. al-Musayyab, and 'Ata al-Khurasani narrated it from Sa'id b. al-Musayyab ; they all narrated this tradition from the Prophet (ﷺ) omitting the link of the Companion (i.e. a mursal tradition). The version of Yahya b. Abi Kathir has: Basrah b. Aktham married a woman. The agreed version has: He made the child his servant. - Sahih:Abu Dawud:2131 (islam)

[32]And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:

- Is he the one who sacrifice his daughter to win a battle (Judges 11:30)?
- How come he is considered a hero of Israel?
- Do we need to sacrifice virgin today to win a battle?
- What kind of God ask that kind of thing?
- Is this Kind of God worthy of our worship?

-Why God killed Jezabel children, why are they punished for the supposed sins of their mother?

-Do you really need to kill your child or is it ok to just forgive them?
- Who read the Bible, this is the New Testament…?
- They deserve death but can we kill them?
- Does God really think a disobedient child deserves death?

- Is it fair to the son?

- Is God ok for us to kill our children?

-What kind of God Kill himself Babies?
- Why God didn't send the Devil for this?

-Why This God always punishes the innocents?
- Isn't it an Evil God?

- Are we in need of a God who answers that kind of prayer?

[30]And Jephthah vowed a vow unto the LORD, and said, If thou shalt without fail deliver the children of Ammon into mine hands,
[31]Then it shall be, that whatsoever cometh forth of the doors of my house to meet me, when I return in peace from the children of Ammon, shall surely be the LORD'S, and I will offer it up for a burnt offering.

[34]And Jephthah came to Mizpeh unto his house, and, behold, his daughter came out to meet him with timbrels and with dances: and she was his only child; beside her he had neither son nor daughter.
[35]And it came to pass, when he saw her, that he rent his clothes, and said, Alas, my daughter! thou hast brought me very low, and thou art one of them that trouble me: for I have opened my mouth unto the LORD, and I cannot go back.
[36]And she said unto him, My father, if thou hast opened thy mouth unto the LORD, do to me according to that which hath proceeded out of thy mouth; forasmuch as the LORD hath taken vengeance for thee of thine enemies, even of the children of Ammon.
[37]And she said unto her father, Let this thing be done for me: let me alone two months, that I may go up and down upon the mountains, and bewail my virginity, I and my fellows.
[38]And he said, Go. And he sent her away for two months: and she went with her companions, and bewailed her virginity upon the mountains.

- Why didn't show any signs to Jephthah?

For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him. - Bible:OT:Leviticus 20:9 (bible torah)

-Do you need to kill your child if they curse to you?

[18]And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and uncover the woman's head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse:
[19]And the priest shall charge her by an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse:
[20]But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband:
[21]Then the priest shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, The LORD make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the LORD doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell;

-Can I Ask my priest to induce a miscarriage if I fear my wife to be unfaithful?
- Is God ok to abort a pregnancy in the Old Testament?
- Is God Pro Abortion today?
- Can God Change his mind on anything?
- Was it the Pope or our own morality responsible for our Pro-life attitude today?
- Is it against God Will?
- What should happen to a bastard, Hell or Paradise?

- Does it means kill very women or mother?
- Does it means kill every girl who had sex?
- How can you know if a woman or a girl had sex, do you need to check their vagina?
- Have you check the translation in Hebrew when God said 'save for yourselves'?
- Why kill girl who had sex with a man, aren’t they supposed to be victims?
- Why God asked to kill young girls because a man had sex with her?
